【Recruitment Department: Human Resources Department/Recruitment Position: HR Director】

Position statement：
1. Comprehensively plan human resource development and strategic management, formulate human resource planning scheme, and supervise the implementation of various plans based on the company's situation;
2. Assist in establishing an effective organizational structure, developing functions and ensuring efficient operation of the department;
3. Establish and improve the HR management system, research and design the HR management mode (including recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee development, etc.), formulate and improve the HR management system, and formulate the HR functions objectives and plans based on the company's situation;

Position Requirements：

4. With strong executive ability, team building ability and public relations ability, also required strong communication, coordination and language expression ability;
5. Required high sensitivity, judgment and anti-pressure ability;
6. Familiar with national laws and regulations and relevant policies. Experience in preparing company listing is preferred.

【Recruitment Department: Technical Department/Recruitment Position: Engineer】
 

Basic skills:

1. Familiar with CAD or EPLAN electrical drawing design, and have operational ability.

2. Familiar the principle and skilled in use AB, mitsubishi, Siemens PLC and frequency conversion, know the EPLAN drawing software, which can be applied in project;

3. Familiar with control system network architecture will be considered priority.

4. Have design and development ability for electrical.

  Working Experience:

1. 5 years or more electrical design experience is required.3 years project development working experience.

2. Able to conduct electrical design independently.

   Position statement：

1. Independently complete the electrical part design work, responsible for the product design quality and time limit;

2. Assist the section minister in formulating project plans and project design plans;

3. Under the leadership of the section minister, complete the technical scheme design of automatic control system, complete the electrical schematic design and electrical equipment selection.

4. Determine the final product or system and prepare the production documents, operation manual and other related documents.

5. Responsible for the trial production of the prototype of the sample machine, participate in on-site debugging and handle electrical faults, and propose product improvement measures;

6. Responsible for completing the selection of instruments, electrical components, parameter setting and internal program development according to process requirements;

7. Responsible for the completion of control program writing, configuration touch screen, configuration HMI software, the preparation of upper computer program, field equipment debugging and production, and good field debugging records.

8. Responsible for collecting, sorting and archiving all data in the debugging process of the project, and taking full responsibility for the completeness, completeness, authenticity and validity of the archived data.
