Six provinces start the next round of environmental protecti

Recently, six provinces, Henan, Hebei, Guangdong, Hubei, Shaanxi and Sichuan, have announced the time for the next round of environmental protection rectification.

VOCs (volatile organic compounds) emission industry and "scattered pollution" enterprises become the focus of governance.

Henan Province

A few days ago, Henan released the "2018 industrial enterprise green upgrade operation plan".

From October 1, 2018, the key enterprises in the province need to complete the transformation of special emission limits, involving inorganic chemistry, synthetic resin, caustic soda, PVC, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and other industries.

At the same time, Henan Province requires VOCs emission related industries to improve the environmental protection access threshold, and new VOCs emission related industrial enterprises should enter the park.

Hebei

Langfang and Tangshan in Hebei Province have carried out environmental protection renovation.

From May to September, Langfang required all key VOCs emission enterprises to meet the national, provincial and municipal emission requirements.

Enterprises that fail to meet the requirements are required to stop production or limit production.

From May 10 to June 30, Tangshan carried out the investigation and rectification of "scattered pollution" enterprises and strengthened the action of tackling key problems.

Guangdong

A few days ago, Guangdong Province began to investigate and find out the "scattered pollution" enterprises, and implemented classified rectification.

The specific time is as follows:

Investigation stage (may 10-june 30, 2018)

Clean up stage (July 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019)

Summary review stage (October 1-december 31, 2019)

Hubei

Recently, Hubei has launched the first batch of provincial environmental protection supervision work in 2018.

Four supervision groups have been set up to carry out environmental protection supervision in Huangshi, Shiyan, Xianning and Enshi.

According to the provincial environmental protection department, enterprises that do not meet the requirements of environmental protection will be resolutely shut down and demolished.

Shaanxi

Not long ago, Shaanxi Province issued the three year action plan (2018-2020) to fight against haze and win the blue sky battle with an iron hand.

From June 1 to August 31, the surface coating (including auto repair) and packaging and printing industries in Guanzhong region implemented wrong time production (stop production from 10:00 to 16:00).

Each city in Guanzhong can formulate more strict peak shifting production requirements according to the local actual situation.
