Cold Feed Extruder (K type)

Cold feed extruder have special shape design screw and mechanical structure. Including extruder, temperature control device, drive motor, etc.At present, we can offer Φ60mm to Φ120mm cold feed extruder.

1. Feeding rubber can be tape, pellet, plate. No need preheating before feeding.
2. Special screw design, will choose the best matching screw according to the test of different rubber materials.
3. Stability output temperature and plasticization in extrusion process, keep the shape and size of the products to be uniform.
4. Can feed automatically, without feeding rubber by manual operation all the time.
5. Automatic temperature control unit , temperature can be controlled by within ±1℃.
