Vented Extruder ( V type )

Single-screw vent type extruders have screws of an original and unique design. Each machinery composed by extruder, T.C.U unit, motor and vacuum pump. We can offer vent type extruder from Φ60mm to Φ150mm currently. Cold feeding directly with cold rubber.   
1.The single special configure screw design, vent air bubbles out which mixed in the rubber during the extrusion process.
2.Depending on the type of compound, screw can be replaced easily and quickly if necessary.
3.Easy for inspection and maintenance.
4.Small installation area is required.
5.Automatic temperature control unit, with circulating pump, controls cylinder temperature within ±1℃, so that shape and size of the products are uniform.
